"In the past 25 years, I have been privileged to help many people find solutions to sticky situations through mediation and facilitation. While director (1996-2013) and research analyst (1994-1996) at the Hawaii Judiciary, Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution, I helped develop mediation programs for the courts and executive branch; provided education and training on communication and dispute prevention and resolution; researched and advised the courts on ADR-related issues; oversaw the Judiciary's contract with the community mediation centers; and mediated/facilitated cases that affected public policy.

Since leaving public service, I provide a variety of alternative dispute resolution processes and training specifically tailored to meet clients' needs. I particularly focus my practice on assisting religious organizations, non-profit organizations, and government."
